Projektbeschreibung

The “Influencing through MEL (iMEL)” pilot program is an initiative developed by Oxfam GB’s regional center in Asia. It started in 2014 as an innovation project and quickly grew into a relatively large software development project.

iMEL departed from the initial design idea to use more digital technologies to connect campaigning with programming information, especially at the household level.

The main purpose of this evaluative review was to bring together the experiences of different key stakeholders in the pilot project, and generate lessons learned that would inform next steps towards better use of program data for decision-making and influencing.
